Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. At Bellacombe we voluntarily extend this to a 30-day return period; see our Return & Refund Policy for the full conditions.
To cancel, you may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. A clear e-mail to info@bellacombe.co.uk stating your order number and your decision to cancel is equally valid. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

What happens next
Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will confirm receipt by e-mail and send you the return instructions. Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or your proof of postage, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method you used. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
