How to measure yourself
All you need is a soft measuring tape and a mirror. Measure over your underwear, keep the tape snug but not tight, and stand naturally with your feet together.
- Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal across your back.
- Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, usually just above the navel. Do not pull your tummy in.
- Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, roughly 20 cm below your waist.
Between two sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger one for a more comfortable fit. For fitted or stretch styles you may prefer the smaller size.
