Shipping Policy
At Bellacombe we want your order to reach you quickly, safely and with no surprises at the checkout. Please read the information below carefully so you know exactly what to expect. All prices shown to customers in the United Kingdom are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Free UK delivery on every order
Delivery within the United Kingdom is completely free on all orders. There is no minimum spend, no threshold and no delivery charge, whatever the size or value of your order.
Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days of receiving it. Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 7 to 12 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Dispatch: within 1 to 2 working days
- UK delivery: within 7 to 12 working days after dispatch
- Full Track and Trace is provided on every order
- We are unable to deliver to PO boxes
Track and Trace
Every order is sent with full Track and Trace. As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Where your order ships from
In the interest of full transparency, part of our range is shipped directly from trusted partner warehouses located abroad. This allows us to offer a wider selection at fair prices. Items sent from our partner warehouses may take a little longer to arrive, but all UK orders are still expected to reach you within the 7 to 12 working day window stated above, and every order remains fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Delivery to other regions
We also ship to a number of destinations outside the United Kingdom. Indicative delivery charges for other regions are as follows:
- Netherlands: EUR 6.95
- Rest of the European Union: EUR 12.95
- Rest of the world: EUR 19.95
Delivery times for international destinations are broadly similar to our UK times, although customs handling in your country may add a few extra working days. Any import duties or taxes that may apply outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
