Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love every piece you order from Bellacombe. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. This policy explains how to return an item, when you can expect your refund, and how your statutory rights apply. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Our 30-day returns promise

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. This 30-day window is offered in addition to your statutory rights described below, so you have plenty of time to decide.

How to start a return

To begin a return, simply email us at info@bellacombe.co.uk with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. We will reply with clear instructions and the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Condition of returned items

So that we can accept your return, please make sure that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
  • All original tags and labels are still attached
  • Items are returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Items are not damaged, soiled or altered by the customer

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of pierced jewellery or similar items once any seal has been broken, unless they are faulty.

Your statutory 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision by email at info@bellacombe.co.uk before the 14-day period ends. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. This statutory right applies on top of, and in addition to, our 30-day returns promise.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Delivery costs and refunds

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on all orders, so there is no outbound delivery charge to refund on UK orders. If you exercise your statutory right to cancel a full order, we will refund the full amount you paid for the goods. As UK delivery is provided free of charge, no delivery cost is added to or deducted from your refund.

Cost of returning goods

Unless an item is faulty or not as described, the cost of returning goods to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit before they reach us.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@bellacombe.co.uk as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where an item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return and provide a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights. These rights are not affected by our returns policy.
