At Bellacombe we make paying for your order simple and completely secure. Choose the method that suits you best and we will take care of the rest.

Prices include VAT
All prices in our shop are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. The price you see on the product page and in your basket is the final price. We never add hidden fees, and UK delivery is free on all orders.

When your card is charged
Payment is taken at the moment you place your order, immediately after you confirm your purchase at checkout. We only begin preparing your parcel for dispatch once your payment has been confirmed. In the event of a refund, we will return the funds using the same payment method you used to pay.
Refunds and your statutory rights
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order under our return policy. In addition, as a consumer in the UK you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or proof of return.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund if an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
Secure checkout (SSL and PCI DSS)
The entire checkout process takes place over an encrypted SSL connection, so your details are protected at every stage. Payments are handled by certified payment providers that comply with the PCI DSS security standard. Bellacombe never stores your full card details; these are processed solely by the payment provider.
Fraud protection
To protect our customers, we use automated systems that detect unauthorised transactions. If there is any doubt about a payment, we may ask you for additional verification or, in justified cases, place the order on hold. We do this purely for your security.
